Ocean CDR: what would make MRV credible enough?
Ocean CDR has enormous physical capacity and a much harder trust problem. The chemistry can be clear while the accounting stays messy.

What would make you comfortable calling an ocean alkalinity project a measured removal rather than a modelled intervention?
